Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) provides comprehensive medical coverage, so you and your family can get and stay healthy.
As a CHPW member, covered services do not cost you anything.
CHPW medical coverage includes:
- Primary care like regular checkups
- Vaccinations/immunizations
- Allergy medication
- Labs and X-rays
- Medical supplies
- Women’s health care (includes breast exams, family planning, reproductive health services)
- Support for chronic conditions like asthma and diabetes
- Transgender health services
- Cancer treatment (includes chemotherapy, mastectomies)
- Health management services
