Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) provides comprehensive medical coverage, so you and your family can get and stay healthy.

As a CHPW member, covered services do not cost you anything.

CHPW medical coverage includes:

• Primary care like regular checkups
• Vaccinations/immunizations
• Allergy medication
• Labs and X-rays
• Medical supplies
• Women’s health care (includes breast exams, family planning, reproductive health services)
• Support for chronic conditions like asthma and diabetes
• Transgender health services
• Cancer treatment (includes chemotherapy, mastectomies)
• Health management services
