MultiCare Doctors, Clinics, and Services are Covered
MultiCare’s Primary Care Physicians –including OB/GYN and Pediatricians – are included in your CHPW Apple Health (Medicaid) plan. So are their 77 clinics throughout Washington including in Spokane (also known as the Rockwood System with Deaconess Hospital) Pierce, Thurston, and South King counties. And, MultiCare includes the Indigo Urgent Care Network, too.

Adults age 21 and older get free glasses and eye exams through the VSP network.

As a CHPW member, you must choose an in-network Primary Care Provider (PCP) to get your medical care.

Become a CHPW member:
In order to enroll with CHPW, you first have to be enrolled in Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). A CHPW enrollment specialist can help you sign up for Apple Health and navigate Washington Healthplanfinder by phone. They will make sure you have all the documents you need to sign up and can help you with the application process.
