Common questions and answers

How do I get a free breast pump ?

Up to 90 days before your due date, request a prescription for a free breast pump from your pregnancy care provider. Then, visit one of our suppliers’ websites to choose your breast bump and have it mailed directly to you.

Are midwives and home births covered?

Yes. A planned home birth provided by a licensed midwife, or a certified nurse midwife is covered. Typically recommended for pregnancies that are not considered complicated. Work with your pregnancy care provider to plan your delivery.

Who qualifies for a Healthy You, Healthy Baby case manager?

Anyone who wants to get personalized support, during or after their pregnancy, can sign up for Healthy You, Healthy Baby. Case managers will work with you to meet your goals, help you have a healthy pregnancy, and connect you to the services you need. No pressure, no commitment, no judgement, no cost. Just support.
