How do I apply?

Visit our careers page at Apply online through our job board.

What is the timeline?

It takes on average 2-3 weeks for managers to review applications. The next step in the process is a phone screen. If moved to an interview it would be a virtual Microsoft Teams interview with the panel.

Do I need a cover letter and resume?

It is not required to apply but it is encouraged.

What benefits do you offer?

Can I apply for multiple jobs?

You can apply for as many jobs as you’d like.

I was referred by an employee, what happens next?

If referred by an employee, make sure to list their name on your application as a referral so they can be eligible for the referral bonus.


How are interviews conducted?

Our interviews are virtual via Microsoft Teams. If invited to interview, you will get a calendar invitation with the link to join the Teams meeting.

How many interviews are there?

It depends on the position but typically it is 1-2 interviews.

Who are on the interview panels?

In your email invite to the interview, we include the names and titles of the individuals on the panel.

How long is the interview process?

It can take 2-3 weeks to finish all interviews for the position before the manager makes a hiring decision.

What happens after interviews?

After the interview it may take some time to hear back but you will hear from us either way once a decision has been made. You can always follow up and check in if you’d like.

Job Offer and Onboarding

I got the job! Now what?

Congrats! You will be receiving an email form our background check vendor to fill out online, once that is complete then you’ll receive your offer letter. A few days before your start date you will receive your equipment delivered to your house.

Do I onboard remotely or in person?

All of our HR onboarding is remote and you will receive calendar invites for your first few days of employment.
