CHPW is pleased to announce a recent change in the chiropractic benefit for Individual & Family Cascade Select Plans. Retroactive to 01/01/2024, E&M codes 99202, 99203, 99212, and 99213 are now allowed for Cascade Select chiropractors. Previously, E&M codes were not covered.
Cascade Select members have access to acupuncture, chiropractic, and naturopathic services for all ages.

Services are subject to benefit coverage, limitations, and exclusions as described in plan coverage guidelines. Review the Benefit Grids for more information. The Individual & Family Cascade Select Plans have different cost shares between the plans.
Members can go to any contracted provider if they are certified to provide the services within their license’s scope.
