Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) members can get gift card rewards for prenatal, postpartum, and well-child checkups through our ChildrenFirst™ Program. Your gift card rewards can be used at Amazon, Safeway, or Target.
Regular doctor visits and prenatal checkups are covered through CHPW. Scheduling these visits today can make a major difference to your child’s health for years to come:
- Prenatal visits keep you and your baby safer by catching potential problems early on.
- Giving birth can change your body and have long-term effects on your health. Postpartum visits make sure you’re healthy after delivery.
- Regular well-child checkups give you a chance to get to know your doctor. You can discuss concerns you have, learn what to expect as your child grows, and check for preventable health issues.
$100 in gift cards for prenatal visits
Prenatal care is critical for a healthy you and healthy baby. You can get up to $100 in gift cards if you see your doctor during your pregnancy.
$50 gift card for postpartum checkup
Get a $50 gift card when you visit the doctor 1 to 12 weeks after giving birth.
$20 gift cards for every checkup
If your child is a CHPW member, you can get a $20 gift card for every time your child goes in for a well-child checkup until they are 18. That’s 27 checkups and 27 gift cards for every child, or a benefit of up to $540.
