Interpreter Services
CHPW provides in-person, virtual, and over-the-phone Interpreter Assistance for our providers to use with Apple Health Expansion members. This is free of charge. Clinic staff are responsible for verifying a member is a CHPW Apple Health Expansion member in ProviderOne.

To access in-person or virtual interpretation through LanguageLine:
- To Schedule: If possible, please provide 3-5 business days’ notice for in-person or 2 business days’ notice for virtual.
- If possible, schedule onsite and virtual interpreters for assignments to take place Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

To promote language assistance resources such as interpretation, CHPW has created and translated our “I Speak” cards into Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Somali, and Arabic and posted them in a ready-to-print format on our website.
