You may have experienced of a technical issue that occurred following our recent upgrade to Jiva version 6.6 that may have affected the number of faxes you have received in the past couple of days. Due to a system error, some provider letters were inadvertently faxed multiple times.
We understand this may have caused confusion or disruption to your operations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To prevent further impact, we have disabled the outbound faxing function within the system.
However, please note that we are currently unable to pause or remove any faxes that were already queued prior to this action. Please continue to send your faxes as required or needed to CHPW.
Our technical teams are actively working to validate the fix and restore normal functionality. We will provide updates as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
