  • Urgent Care: Within 24 hours
  • Emergency: Immediately
• Specialty Care: Within 30 business days. Appointment times may vary by provider and specialty. If your wait is longer than expected or you need care quickly, please call us – we are here to help.
• CHPW Virtual Care gives you quick access to a provider from home, including 24/7 Urgent Care.
• Call us at 1-800-440-1561 (TTY Relay: Dial 711), Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm and we’ll work with you to find the earliest available appointment.
