CHPW Developer Portal Privacy Policy

This CHPW Developer Portal Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how the Community Health Plan of Washington Interoperability API Developer Portal (“CHPW,” “we” or “us”) may collect information about you through your interactions with CHPW on http://appregister.chpw.org/ (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

CHPW may change this Privacy Policy. The “Effective Date” indicated at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Website. Your use of the Website following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

The Website is designed for users from, and are controlled and operated by use from, the United States.
