Prenatal Reward Program

Gift cards for new parents

Community Health Plan of Washington has created a program that rewards you for caring for your baby before they’re born.

ChildrenFirst Gift card

$60 Gift card for the first visit

Get a $60 gift card for Amazon, Safeway/Albertsons, or Target when you visit your doctor during your first trimester.

ChildrenFirst Gift card

$40 Gift card for the second visit

Get a $40 gift card for Amazon, Safeway/Albertsons, or Target for a second prenatal visit.

 

How it works

Reward Steps

  • Be a CHPW member.
  • Complete one prenatal visit in the first trimester or within 42 days of becoming a CHPW member.
  • Fill out the Online Reward Submission Form within 180 days of that visit to qualify.
  • You will receive a $60 gift card by mail or email within two to three weeks.
  • Complete a 2nd prenatal visit. Then fill out the Online Reward Submission Form within 180 days of your 2nd visit to qualify for a $40 gift card.
