Cascade Select members have access to acupuncture, chiropractic, and naturopathic services for all ages.

Services are subject to benefit coverage, copays, limitations, and exclusions as described in plan coverage guidelines. Review the Benefit Grids for limitations and plan-specific copays. The Individual & Family Cascade Select Plans have different cost shares between the plans.
Members must go to a contracted provider who is certified to provide these services within the scope of their license.
Note:
Beginning 1/1/2026:
- Cascade Select Silver and Cascade Select Bronze members have a $1 copay per visit for their first 2 visits, shared between multiple service types and multiple providers combined. For example, if a member sees their PCP for any service and then visits a chiropractor, each of those visits has the $1 copay; however, for future visits, the standard copay will be applied for those services.
- Members have a limit of 10 visits total for all alternative treatments except there is no limit for acupuncture.
