In the Spring 2025 Edition of our Provider Newsletter, we mentioned that we were working on adding the member’s RAC code from our enrollment data to our HealthMAPS provider portal.
We’re pleased to announce that this enhancement is now live.
To check for an Apple Health enrollee’s RAC code, log in to HealthMAPS, click the Patient Eligibility Quick Link on your dashboard, and then search for your patient.
The Patient Eligibility Search Results will display the member’s information – now including the RAC code, which is used to indicate a member’s (Apple Health enrollee’s) eligibility for specific Medicaid programs.
