The AFH Clearinghouse launched in March 2026, giving Adult Family Home providers a simpler way to submit service charges to all Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in one convenient location. Providers can submit claims or invoices through direct data entry or by using the spreadsheet available in the Community Health Partnership Services (CHPS) clearinghouse. We encourage all AFHs to register with CHPS and begin using the clearinghouse now, rather than waiting until the deadline (July 1, 2026). Transitioning early will help ensure a smoother setup process, provide time to become familiar with the system, and reduce the risk of delays in claims submission.
