Welcome to Community Health Plan of Washington

Community Health Plan of Washington, a not-for-profit organization, is the only Washington State health plan founded by local community health centers. We invest and foster growth in the communities where you live.
Community Health Plan has also received the Accredited Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. NCQA has established a rigorous process to assess how well health care plans measure, report, and improve quality. Accreditation gives consumers the ability to evaluate health care plans and make choices based on demonstrated value rather than simply on cost.
Community Health Plan covers individuals enrolled in the following Washington State health programs, and Medicare Advantage Plans:
- Basic Health
- Medical Care Services (Disability Lifeline/GA-U)
- Healthy Options, CHIP, and Basic Health Plus
- Washington Health Program
- Medicare Advantage Plans
