It’s time to renew! The State of Washington is once again asking Apple Health members to show that they are still eligible to stay on Apple Health.
Normally, Apple Health renewal takes place every year. But if you started getting Apple Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, this may be the first time you’re being asked to do this.

How do I renew my CHPW Apple Health coverage?
To renew on your own, visit wahealthplanfinder.org or call Washington Healthplanfinder’s Support Center at 1-855-923-4633.

What if I’m not eligible anymore?
There’s a chance you don’t qualify for Apple Health anymore. That’s okay: CHPW offers health coverage that supports every income level, family size (including “one”), and stage of life.
Change is stressful. But staying with CHPW lets you keep your primary care doctor and clinic. You could also qualify for premiums as low as $10/month or even $0/month.
I’m not a CHPW member. Can I join?
People who qualify for Apple Health can join CHPW at any time. To enroll, you may need to provide:
- Social Security numbers for everyone who is enrolling
- Estimated monthly income for everyone in your household
- Dates of birth for each member of your household
- Immigration status of household members who are enrolling
- Your address and contact information
- Any changes in health insurance coverage
