As of April 1, 2018, Medicare now reimburses registered providers for the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP). CHPW will reimburse for MDPP for our Medicare Advantage members if the provider is registered with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
