Community Health Plan of Washington will be hosting our annual online workshops, tailored to cover a wide range of topics that are important to our valued hospital and clinic partners.
The content of our workshops is targeted for staff who work in a hospital or clinic setting in the following departments: billing, front desk/registration (eligibility), medical records, referrals, authorizations, appeals, and other staff who would benefit from the topics outlined on the agenda below.
The workshop is scheduled for 90 minutes, offered at three different times to best accommodate your schedule. You only need to attend one workshop.
