It's Annual Election Time for Our Medicare Advantage Plans

Between November 15 and December 31, people in our service area who are eligible for Medicare can choose coverage under one of the three Community HealthFirst Medicare Advantage plans offered by Community Health Plan. Those plans include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Advantage with Pharmacy (Part D), and a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan.

We began the 2008 marketing campaign for our Community HealthFirst plans in October, with television spots, newspaper ads, and direct mail. The campaign provides basic information and invites prospective members to informational meetings.  The informational meetings provide more information about Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Community HealthFirst benefits. 

Community Health Plan began offering Community HealthFirst plans on January 1, 2007. Today, Community Health First plans are offered in 26 counties across the state.
