General portal user information

Your HIP password must have 6-30 characters and must start with an alphabetical character. The HIP password is not case sensitive.

Important: If you are an Adaptis Connect user today, you have already been issued a HIP user ID and a default password. Please check with the former Adaptis Connect contact at your site, who has been provided a list of HIP user IDs and passwords.

It is now possible to access the Health Information Portal (HIP) via OneHealthPort. However, you cannot access the Care Management Portal (Jiva) via One Health Port.
