New mothers are encouraged to visit the Community Health Plan home page at www.chpw.org and “click” on New Arrivals Logo. As part of the New Arrivals™ program, you will complete three maternity surveys at various times during your pregnancy. The answers you provide will help us know which educational materials to send you. 24/7 Nurse Support is also available to you as a maternity client.
