Public Employees Benefits Board

Community Health Plan will not participate in the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) program after December 31, 2007, and will not be offered as an option to PEBB enrollees in 2008.

We will reimburse covered services on or before December 31, 2007. If you (or a covered family member) are admitted to a hospital before midnight on December 31, 2007, the hospital will notify Community Health Plan. Community Health Plan will coordinate your benefits with the new medical plan you choose for 2008.
